Ihre Aufgaben
A. BROAD SCOPE
•Serve as the central point of all activities for order acquisition in order to maintain and further extend the market position with both existing and new product ranges. The incumbent is responsible for meeting the specified targets and for independently supporting sales and customer under the incumbent’s charge.
•Manage sales and specification activities including supervision of distributors/dealers, contracts, customer and consultants.

B. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
•Support the national sales strategy to achieve the set revenue and expense targets.
•Manage local distributors and build solid network with local developers and consultants.
•Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new business opportunities while continue to cultivate existing accounts.
•Present the company’s products & services to potential clients through direct communication.
•Promote and present to M&E consultants, developers, main contractors and plumbers as when needed.
•Generate new sales leads to meet and exceed agreed revenue targets.
•Actively and successfully manage the sales process including planning, prospecting & cold calling, investigating & developing, presenting, negotiating, closing and handing over to the distributors, if applicable.
•Manage customer accounts including stock forecast/management, credit and accounts receivables.
•Participate and represent the company at industry tradeshows, exhibitions and events.
•Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and associated sales administration tasks.
•Work with Sales or Customer Service Coordinator to prepare quotations, proposals, responses and requests for information.
•Collect and analyse information on competitor & market intelligence to keep abreast of industry trends and to support product –pricing strategy.
•Monitor and report on competitors’ sales and product strategies.
•Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
•Liaise with and provide feedback to Marketing Department on both current and future campaigns.
•Commercial and technical support of existing customers.
•Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
•Remain proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
•Other duties as assigned.
Ihr Profil

Education
•Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred.

Experience
•At least 4 years of sales experience, preferably with construction / building material industry background in Malaysia.
•Experience and exposure with M&E consultant and plumbing contractors would be an added advantage.

Skills
•Knowledge of local plumbing, sanitary and drainage products / services and the market
•Knowledge of the local construction material market
•Knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control systems.
•Confident negotiator and able to ‘close the deal’.
•Good people relations skills.
•Good project management skills and drive to implement approved strategies and plans.
•Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software programs.
•Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
