Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for a Director of HR Shared Service Center North, who will
embrace our corporate culture, values and principles. We promote personal
development, self initiative and a sense of responsibility in order to support all
our employees in fully developing their individual strengths.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end HR
process – from hire-to-retire. This position is the link between our employees,
the respective line managers as well as competence centers at our group
headquarters. A successful candidate must be a true employee champion being
able to handle HR issues across all countries of the area North. This position
bears responsibility for employer branding, talent management including
recruitment, compensation & benefits, business partnering and payroll
operations at a national and international level. This full time and permanent
position is based in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, with travel to our manufacturing
facilities and sales offices throughout the area North and EMEA.

Specific job responsibilities for the Director of HR Shared Service Center North

  • Single point of contact for line management across all issues of the end-to-end HR process
  • Area business partnering in close cooperation with corporate businesspartners
             - Annual assessment/performance management
             - Talent management
             - Organisational development
  • Align local HR processes and standards with the principles of Lean and contribute to the design of new international HR processes and standards
  • Drive the transformation of the REHAU remuneration system by playing a pro-active role in the implementation of new systems
  • Lead the local HR and Academy organisation
  • Strong ownership of all initiatives (values-feedback culture-communication) related to the company’s INSPIRE programme

Ihr Profil
  • Bachelor‘s degree in HR management or a related discipline 
  • Comprehensive professional knowledge and experience in HR in an international manufacturing environment, preferable management of an HR country cluster
  • Experience managing a team in multiple locations 
  • Extensive experience with HR issues in plants
  • Proven success driving change and managing projects from start to finish
  • Strong skills in utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as SAP HCM. 
  • Willingness to travel throughout EMEA
