Ihre Aufgaben
Responsible for daily showroom operations, order processing, and general administrative duties in Hanoi showroom/office.

1. Responsible in sharing the REHAU Experience to customers with high level of service quality and product knowledge
2. Identify interest and understand customers' requirements
3. Create a premium image, interest the customers, and lead to follow up by preferred partners
4. Log visitors contact and direct them to the correct channel for follow up
5. Attend to call in enquiries and ensure follow up action are carried out within stipulated response time frame
6. Support sales/marketing event hosted in the showroom
7. Maintain and manage showroom premises in a pristine condition
8. Manage showroom daily opening and closing base on shift work

1. Process of new account application
2. Process and monitor purchase orders/shipping for incoming products ordered from 3rd party and inter-company suppliers, overseas and local
3. Process freight charges for all imports before final processing of purchase order/shipment maintenance
4. Process customer orders and coordinate delivery schedules
5. Ensure response to write in queries are carried out within stipulated response time frame
6. Maintain office documentation and provide clerical assistance to sales force
7. Organize routine activities to support internal sales functions
8. Credit control and collections for Sales Office
9. Accounts receivable reconciliation and allocation of payments
10. Prepare credit report monthly
11. Maintain stock records, stock balances, shortages and other related inventory issues as required
12. Conduct stock take and liaise with appointed OEM
13. Prepare routine and impromptu reports required by National Sales Manager
14. Other administrative duties as required
Ihr Profil

• Degree in Business Administration
• 3-5 years experience in Sales Administration/Order Processing in a trading environment
• Keen to meet people
• Good etiquette and manners
• Good presentation skills
• Able to communicate (written and spoken) in English and Vietnamese effectively at all levels
• Good organizational skill and initiative to manage tasks independently
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office
