The BD manager is responsible for formulating and driving sales plans and initiatives to achieve the target results for relevant smart products in accordance to the jointly agreed country strategy with the Strategic BD Manager.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Strategic BD Manager to analyze and plan the market development plan: pricing strategy, distribution channel identification, competitor analysis, etc.

• Implement the pricing and distribution policies in accordance to the plan.

• Formulate and implement business development initiatives independently; Achieve sales target and be accountable for sales plan and pipeline.

• Plan and achieve systematic acquisition of new customers, channels to grow the business.

• Coordinate and implement exhibition, roadshow and any other forms of offline marketing events with support Marcom team.

• Deliver standard product and sales training to relevant customers, channel partners and their sales staff.

• Coordinate with external and internal service providers to assist customers with technical and quality issues; Feedback product improvement or innovative ideas to technical team for implementation.

• Provide regular report on target’s achievement as well as update of Business Tracking
Sheet and adjust sales tactics in response to the market developments.

• Manage key accounts in cooperation with Strategic BD manager and other BU’s.

• Collaborate with other BUs to explore and prospect new business development opportunities.

• Has potential to lead, manage and motivate a sales force would be a preferred.

Ihr Profil
Qualification Requirements:
1) EDUCATION
• Relevant education in marketing, business or electrical engineering, bachelor degree or above.

2) EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years experience in regional sales/marketing experience; a MNC prior experience in leading a sales/marketing team is preferred; home appliance industry background is preferred.

3) SKILLS
• Strong planning, analytical and presentation skills to formulate marketing and business proposals.
• Good project management skills and drive to implement approved strategies and plans.
• Excellent customer interface and interpersonal skills to manage key client accounts.
• Strong team building and influencing skills to foster relations with the internal and external partners.
• Good negotiation and coaching/ training skills.
• Target oriented and strong determination.
• Good English language skill will be a plus.
