- Management of queries and offer evaluation
- Responsibility for order processing (procure to pay process)
- Supplier management support

- Processing the orders in the relevant systems
- Analysis of offers (price comparison list creation, assessment etc.)
- Administration/ maintenance of purchase relevant IT systems
- Supplier/ data research
- Master data maintenance
- Cooperation complaints management
- Collaboration TDSs (technical delivery specifications purchasing)
- General administrative tasks incl. business trip organization

1) EDUCATION

- Specialist field: technical or economical

2) EXPERIENCE

- 2+ years experience in field of purchasing and logistics
- SAP ERP
- Place and manage purchase order
- Complaint management
- Support in purchasing activities (prepare contracts, price comparison etc.)
- Travel management (bookings, travel expenses)

3) SKILLS

- Strong English, Chinese, and Cantonese skills in both writing and speaking are required
- MS Office, SAP ERP
